1. Service Description

RentalSMS provides opt-in SMS notifications when rental listings match criteria selected by the user (such as city and budget). RentalSMS is an informational service only and does not own, manage, or represent any rental properties.

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any listing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the mobile phone number provided to use this service.

3. SMS Consent & Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our website, you agree to receive recurring informational SMS rental alerts from RentalSMS.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase
• Messages are informational, not promotional

4. Opt-Out & Support

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
